The
Aisling Foundation is an organisation which attracts awareness
to the positive influence people with disabilities can have
in all aspects of our daily lives. "Ability",
a conference about disability in the workplace, took place
in Dublin Castle. Video inserts by Optophonic, as well as
extracts from the conference itself can be accessed on the

The
coverage includes speeches by Caroline Casey (Founder of
the Aising Foundation), Mary Harney TD, and comedienne Francesca
Martinez. Interviews with Michael Buckley (CEO, AIB) and
